Tetrahedron Publishing is Donating 1,000 Copies of
Death in the Air:
Dear
Friends,
Among the
contributions made this year by Dr. Leonard Horowitz and Tetrahedron
Publishing Group is the donations of 1,000 books entitled Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism
and Toxic Warfare, in support of informed choice concerning
pending legislation on Capitol Hill—H.R. 3616, the “Space Preservation
Act of 2002.” This effort is detailed in the press release reprinted
below.
Only
through your efforts in helping us spread the news about H.R. 3616, can
we hope to move this bill forward in directing public protections,
rather than deploying population controlling technologies, under the
“Star Wars” agenda, that violate our most basic human rights and
freedoms.
Your help
in getting Dr. Horowitz’s latest landmark book to the American public,
libraries, and congressmen is urgently needed and of historic
importance. This book, dealing with issues raised by H.R. 3616, covers
multiple issues, including psychotronic warfare for public manipulations
from space-based weapons, chemtrails, surveillance, weather
modification, laser technologies, and many more critical and dangerous
facets of the Strategic Defense Initiative.
Your
efforts in publicizing this critical bill, and the availability of Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism
and Toxic Warfare as an educational tool for Congress and the
public is sincerely appreciated.
Sincerely
yours,
Ingri

NEWS RELEASE
Opposition to “Star
Wars” Program Mounts: “Space Preservation Act of 2002” Gains Support
From Grassroots Organizations
Sandpoint,
ID — Opposition to the costly and risky Strategic Defense Initiative
(SDI), better known as the “Star Wars” program, a cornerstone to the
Bush administration’s military mindset, is loosing ground on Capitol
Hill and in the grassroots. Representative Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio), has
advanced legislation (H.R. 3616) that targets the SDI on behalf of
public health and safety, according to bill advocates.
Initially, H.R. 3616
(2977) sought to establish safeguards against “inflicting death or
injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life,
bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a
person) . . . through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based
systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or
other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations
for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of
such persons or populations; or by expelling chemical or biological
agents in the vicinity of a person.”
The reformulated bill
simply proposes to ban space-based weapons “capable of damaging or
destroying an object or person, whether in outer space, in the
atmosphere, or on earth.”
Grass roots activism is
spreading rapidly in support of this bill according to Carol Rosin,
President of the Institute for Cooperation in Space, in
Los Angeles. Having two decades of experience as a government watchdog
and policy analyst in this field, she believes Rep. Kucinich’s proposal
is critical to assuring the public’s health and safety. “Without
passing this legislation, we the people have no assurance whatsoever
that the ‘Star Wars’ program won’t be targeting us, the general public.”
Exemplifying growing
grassroots support, one small press has donated $30,000 worth of books
entitled Death in the Air:
Globalism, Terrorism and Toxic Warfare to members of Congress
and American libraries in support of the bill. The book, written by
Harvard-trained health science investigator, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz,
discusses the risks posed by the space weapons covered in H.R. 3616.

Tetrahedron
Publishing Group of Sandpoint, Idaho, in support of informed legislative
decision-making and increasing public awareness, granted the nation’s
congressional representatives and librarians more than 1,000 free copies
of the 525-page hardcover book that critically examines these so-called
“exotic weapons systems.”
In earlier drafts,
“exotic weapons” were defined as—“(i) electronic, psychotronic, or
information weapons; (ii) chemtrails; (iii) high altitude ultra low
frequency weapons systems; (iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or
ultrasonic weapons; (v) laser weapons systems; (vi) strategic, theater,
tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and (vii) chemical, biological,
environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.”
These weapons systems
include some of the government’s most controversial experiments,
including the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (better
known as HAARP) aimed at atmospheric heating. Many researchers believe
HAARP may be increasing global warming, jet stream modifications, and
weather changes causing more super storms and droughts.
Dr. Horowitz believes
that H.R. 3616, “holds the power to free or enslave humanity” depending
on how subsequent revisions of the bill are made and voted upon. “The
gravity of this bill is unsurpassed by anything ever considered by any
nation,” Dr. Horowitz said. “Political activists worldwide should heed
this bill, and proposed international treaty, as a call to action in
defense of freedom, civil rights, and civilization as we know it.”
“The cause of freedom
and the free world teeters on the brink of one of the most important
pieces of legislation ever prepared” to protect the health, safety, and
civil rights of humanity from the world’s most deadly and insidious
control devices,” Dr. Horowitz said.
Congressional members
and librarians, wishing to claim free books during this educational
campaign are urged to send their requests to:
